About the Therapist

Once upon a time, not long enough ago, I was a deskbound, highly pressured computer programmer… and very, very stressed (and clearly in the wrong career). Going for regular massages was the only thing that kept me sane. In my search for a healthy body I became more and more interested in body function and human health. The benefit I gained from receiving massages was so great, I too wanted to help others, so I decided to learn the art myself and promptly unleashed my talents upon the world…

I studied Swedish Massage (VTCT/IIHHT) in 2004 and my fascination for the human body grew. I have been building my massage skills and client base ever since. I am fully qualified to massage Expectant Mothers, have had training in Deep Tissue work and have attained an ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage.

My clients vary from those who are very stressed, to those who want to relax and be pampered, those who want to keep their body in peak condition to those recovering from an injury.

I am very passionate about helping people and getting their bodies into the most healthy state possible… still thirsty for more knowledge, I am currently studying to be an osteopath.
